Overview
We offer a range of appointments to meet your health needs throughout the working week, including GPs, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Pharmacist, Physio Advice (MSK), Healthy Minds Service and Wellbeing Co-ordinator.
Appointments are available during our core hours of 08.00 to 18.00 Monday – Friday.
In addition, we offer a limited number of appointments between 09.30 and 11.30 on Saturday mornings at Aireborough Family Practice, Silver Lane Surgery, 1 Suffolk Court, Silver Lane, Yeadon LS19 7JN (GP, nurse and healthcare assistants).
Telephone appointments with Pharmacists, Mental Health practitioners and Physiotherapists are available 7 days a week including bank holidays.
Making an Appointment
For Nurse appointments (ie: Smears, Blood Tests, Blood Pressure Checks, Pill Checks, Annual Reviews, NHS Health Checks, Dressings, Childhood Imms, Travel Vaccinations, Various Injections, Pre hearing Check etc) please call the surgery on 01943 858300 and press option 1 to speak to a receptionist.
For everything else please use the eConsult box below.
Please note eConsult is available from 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday when the surgery is open (excluding bank holidays).
Please note that during times of high demand, we may need to temporarily close the eConsult service. If you encounter this, please review the guidance provided here: Guidance for when eConsult is closed.
Please note on staff training days eConsult is only available between 8am & 11am.
Staff training days - Thursday 16th January & 6th February.
If you need any help with booking your appointments, please let us know how we can arrange large print documents or sign language interpreters.
We are mindful of carers' circumstances when arranging appointments. Please let us know if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you are unable to attend a planned appointment, please cancel this as soon as you are aware by calling the surgery or cancelling online. Appointment slots are valuable and all missed appointments mean that another patient has been inconvenienced and a cost to the NHS.
