Otley Action for Older People is a long established community-based organisation that can help patients who are not eligible for Hospital transport, but have difficulties getting to their appointments. Patients over 60 years of age who are members of Otley Action(which can be joined for free), can get in touch by ringing 01943 467106. The driver will be able to assist the patient from their house to the car and into the waiting room at the appointment. Please be aware that there will be a cost to the patient towards petrol.

We offer a free NHS Health Check which is a check-up for adults aged between 40-74, looking for risks of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. Please speak to a Receptionist for further information.
