The NHS App is the first app from the NHS for people across England.
It can be used to book or cancel appointments, view your medical record, order repeat prescriptions, check your symptoms, register to be an organ donor or choose how the NHS uses your data.
The NHS App is now providing patients who have had BOTH doses of their Covid vaccination with proof, a so-called “vaccine passport”. Patients can either check their COVID-19 vaccine record or share their Covid-19 vaccine status. Vaccination details like batch numbers and expiry dates are also available.

The NHS Friends and Family Test is a simple feedback tool which asks the key question “thinking about our Practice, how was your experience of our service?”. Response options range between very good and very poor and people can leave anonymous comments.
If you have experienced one of our services recently, you can do the test in one of three ways:
- complete a paper form in the waiting room and post your response in the box provided in reception;
- download the form here and post your response in the box provided in reception;
- if you are signed up to our free text messaging service, you may be sent a link via text message.
All responses are anonymous and treated with discretion.
You can read the Practice responses to specific areas of feedback here: April May June
