eConsult

For urgent medical problems requiring an urgent appointment the best and quickest way to contact us is by using an eConsult via the banner above, eConsults are reviewed directly by GPs resulting in fast and safe responses.
Please note eConsult can also be used for admin queries such as requesting fit notes.
eConsult is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, (excluding bank holidays).
Please note that during times of high demand, we may need to temporarily close the eConsult service. If you encounter this, please review the guidance provided on our website.

 

For Nurse apponitments (ie: Smears, Blood Tests, Blood Pressure Checks, Pill Checks, Annual Reviews, NHS Health Checks, Dressings,  Childhood Imms, Travel Vaccinations, Various Injections, Pre hearing Check etc) Please call the surgery and press option 1 to speak to a receptionist.

Please note on staff training days listed below eConsult is only available between 8am & 11am.

We welcome patient feedback to tell us what we are doing right and what we can improve.

You may receive a text message after your appointment asking for feedback, alternatively you could send us your feedback using the contact us option on our website or post or email the form to us.

When the Practice is closed

111 online

If the practice is closed and you have an urgent (but non-emergency) medical concern, you can seek help via NHS 111. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can be accessed either online or by calling 111.

NHS 111 will assess your need, give you advice and direct you to the local service that can best help you.

Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

We offer a free NHS Health Check which is a check-up for adults aged between 40-74, looking for risks of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. Please speak to a Receptionist for further information.

Pharmacy Services

Pharmacists can give you advice on a range of conditions and suggest medicines that can help.

They may also be able to offer treatment and some prescription medicine for some conditions, without you needing to see a GP (this is called Pharmacy First). Conditions they can treat as part of Pharmacy First are:
